How it works
Automatic booking sync: When a client books an appointment on the Ponas augintinis platform, the event instantly appears on your Google Calendar.
Personal time blocking: If you add a personal event in your Google Calendar (like a lunch break or doctor's appointment), our system sees it and automatically blocks that time on the platform. Clients will not be able to book services during this period.
Instant updates: If an appointment time is changed or cancelled, the information in your Google Calendar updates automatically.
Centralized management: To prevent errors and ensure all business rules (like pricing and notifications) are respected, client booking times can only be modified through the Ponas augintinis platform.
How to get started
Log in to your Ponas augintinis provider account.
Go to your system settings and select calendar synchronization.
Click the "Connect with Google" button.
Grant the necessary permissions, and your calendars will be linked.
